Kevin spent the first two decades of his professional career as an estimator and project manager for some of the largest mechanical contractors in the Chicagoland area, during which he served such customers as the Art Institute of Chicago, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Brookfield Zoo, Field Museum, Harris Bank, Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, Wheaton College, University of Chicago, Northwestern University, Chicago Sun-Times, ComEd and M&M Mars.

In 2010, Kevin joined Illinois Piping Corporation to continue the tradition of expert HVAC/mechanical construction and installation throughout Central Illinois.
